ADDITIONAL INFO:
INDICATIONS: A natural homeopathic remedy that may help promote relief from fear or anxiety related to separation, kenneling, vet/grooming visits and other stressful situations often indicated by restlessness, barking, whining, crying, panting and other unwanted behavior. May aid recovery from feather plucking in birds.
ADMINISTRATION: Optimally, the liquid preparation should be dropped directly into the mucous membrane of the mouth including lips; ideally in dogs by pulling out the labial pouch, and in cats by raising the head until the mouth opens. Where an animal finds this distressful, or an owner is unable to comply, the medication can be put in the food, water or milk. Where animals are sensitive to the odor of the alcohol preservative, a 10-20 minute period should be allowed for dilution and evaporation before the liquid or food is presented to the patient. Occasionally, animals will shake their heads as a response to the alcohol preservative; cats may salivate excessively and in these cases, presenting it in food, water or milk works. It can also be added to a sprayer and misted in the air around severely affected patients to calm them down, or dropped around bedding area 3-5 times daily.
SMALL MAMMALS such as rabbits, ferrets, hamsters, and pot-bellied pigs can be dosed by weight as for cats and dogs as listed on the dosing chart. For severe cases, a drop can be diluted in 1 ml of water or other oral rehydration fluid and given to the patient orally. e.g., two drops for a mouse or small bird, four drops for a large guinea pig. For acute cases, it can be repeated as for cats and dogs, as listed on the dosing chart.
Contact your veterinarian if the problem persists.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: None known for animal use only. Keep out of reach of children.
PHARMACEUTICAL PRECAUTIONS: Store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, and away from strong odors.
USER SAFETY: No adverse effects have been recorded. There have been reports to the company of beneficial rather than adverse effects during trial periods. While homeopathic medicine used in humans shows a very high safety margin, care is advised when handling any product.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: None found to date.

Our Veterinarian introduced us to Anxiety Relief when we moved to the Gulf Coast. In the Spring we have thunderstorms neatly every day and our Miniature Schnauzer is very sensitive to loud noises. We were skeptical at first but quickly changed our minds when we saw how calm she was during the thunderstorms. We love that it is all natural and can be placed directly in her water. We also purchased the Travel Anxiety for upcoming vacations. We highly recommend the Anxiety Relief and HomeoPet has fast shipping and occasional specials. I would definitely try this product if your fur baby is anxious during storms or fireworks.

Recently rescued two pigs from an animal neglect situation and used this product to help them navigate their new environment. Pigs get very stressed and scared being rehomed and this has done wonders in helping them! We have seen a huge different in their behavior since starting them on this! I highly recommend to anyone who has an anxious pet or is looking to get a new pet comfortable in their environment. 🙂

I was skeptical. We have tried everything for my young male Golden retriever, rescue remedy, supplements, Prozac. Nothing seems to work well. Specifically for his seperation anxiety. Well this month we had a female dog go into heat (long story) he was very worked up. Pacing, whining, wanting in and out of the house all the time, dropped weight, whole nine yards. On a whim I picked this up in one of our local stores and I was shocked. I know natural supplements don’t work for all dogs but they definitely worked for him. For the first time in days he slept. And in about 3 days he was pretty much back to normal. I have since been using it when I need to leave for his seperation anxiety, definitely seems to help. Not cure. But a huge help. I will always have this on hand. Thank you Homeopet!
