Expected Processing and Shipping Time

The expected processing time for every order is 1-3 business days after checkout. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the next business day. Please note that the delivery times listed below DO NOT include our standard processing time

  • FedEx Standard Overnight should arrive one full business day after the package leaves our fulfillment facility
  • FedEx 2-Day should arrive two full business days after the package leaves our fulfillment facility
  • Priority Mail and First-Class Mail should arrive via USPS within 1-3 business days after the package leaves our fulfillment facility.

Please Note: Transit times per carrier are not guaranteed – HomeoPet is not responsible should the carrier be experiencing delivery delays.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may cancel your order within 1 hour by calling our toll-free number at 800 555 4461. Unopened products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I add/remove/change items to an existing order?
We are unable to add/remove or change an existing order.
Can I change my shipping service on an existing order?
At this time, you cannot update the shipping service used for an existing order.
Can I change my shipping address/billing method on an existing order?
After an order is submitted, we are unable to update or change the shipping address or billing method. Please take the time to ensure all your details are correct.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?

Do I have to pay to return an item?
The original shipping cost is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product back to us. Typically, USPS Parcel / First-Class is the cheapest.
