DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Dose medicine directly into mouth, in water or at meal/snack time
- Administer one dose 3 times per day, as needed
- In acute cases, one dose every 15 minutes up to 4 doses may be given
- When improvement is seen decrease frequency of dosing to twice daily then once daily. If symptoms reapear repeat original dose. Discontinue use when symptoms subside

Where an animal finds this distressful or an owner is unable to comply, the medication can be put in the water or milk. In the case that a pet is sensitive to the odor of the alcohol preservative, a 10 to 20 minute period should be allowed for the alcohol to evaporate before the liquid or food is presented to the patient. Occasionally, when dosed directly into the mouth, the animal may shake their heads as a response to the alcohol preservative. Cats may salivate excessively; in these cases, presenting it in food, water or milk alleviates these effects.
SMALL MAMMALS such as rabbits, ferrets, hamsters, and pot-bellied pigs can be dosed by weight as for cats and dogs as listed on the dosing chart. For severe cases, a drop can be diluted in 1 ml of water or other oral rehydration fluid and given to the patient orally. e.g., two drops for a mouse or small bird, four drops for a large guinea pig. For acute cases, it can be repeated as for cats and dogs, as listed on the dosing chart.

This product is amazing. I dropped my dogs off for 1 night of boarding, there was a huge notice that Bordetella was going around. About 6 days later I notice my dogs, who were vaccinated for Bordetella a month earlier, were both coughing. I found this product at a local pet store, (for $3 more) and immediately started them on it. My Shih Tzu actually stopped coughing that day. My Yorkie/Schnauzer mix, who was doing the full kennel cough sound, stopped right after the first dose and within a few days no more coughing. I continued for the recommended time, both dogs full recovery. I will always keep this product on hand. Had I taken my dogs to Vet I would have easily have over $100 bill. So glad I found this product! Best part, this was probably the easiest company to order from. There was no shipping charges for in the US and product came quickly. Our old border collie mix was diagnosed with collapsing trachea about ten years ago. The remedy then was a bottle of codeine cough syrup. It worked, but he was a zombie. We stopped using that and he’s been coughing off and on since. In the last year, though, it’s been getting worse, especially at night. Tried the cough syrup again, but ended up in the same boat. At our wits end, we tried these drops. They seem to quiet the cough quite a bit. He still coughs a bit at night, but not as forcefully nor as often. These drops haven’t completely eliminated the issue, but have calmed them down to an occasional bout. He is 11 years old, so of course he’s getting worse as this is a progressive condition. Our vet has recommended HomeoPet products before for our cat and we had good results so decided to try this for our old dog.

One of my cats has had chronic congestion all his life, and recently he has started coughing much more frequently.
