DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Dose medicine directly into mouth, in water or at meal/snack time
- Administer one dose 3 times per day, as needed
- In acute cases, one dose every 15 minutes up to 4 doses may be given
- When improvement is seen decrease frequency of dosing to twice daily then once daily. If symptoms reapear repeat original dose. Discontinue use when symptoms subside
BIRDS: 2 drops in the drinking water once daily.

ADMINISTRATION: Optimally, the liquid preparation should be dropped directly into the mucous membrane of the mouth, including lips, ideally in dogs by pulling out the labial pouch and in cats by raising the head until the mouth opens. Where an animal finds this distressful or an owner is unable to comply, the medication can be put in the water or milk. In the case that a pet is sensitive to the odor of the alcohol preservative, a 10 to 20 minute period should be allowed for the alcohol to evaporate before the liquid or food is presented to the patient. Occasionally, when dosed directly into the mouth, the animal may shake their heads as a response to the alcohol preservative. Cats may salivate excessively; in these cases, presenting it in food, water or milk alleviates these effects.
SMALL MAMMALS such as rabbits, ferrets, hamsters, and pot-bellied pigs can be dosed by weight as for cats and dogs as listed on the dosing chart. For severe cases, a drop can be diluted in 1 ml of water or other oral rehydration fluid and given to the patient orally. e.g., two drops for a mouse or small bird, four drops for a large guinea pig. For acute cases, it can be repeated as for cats and dogs, as listed on the dosing chart.

Our Boston Terrier, Sophia is incredible. She just turned 7. Shes always had bad seasonal allergies but we noticed in her later years she gets a little snotty in the cold weather. We started using this at the end of summer and I can tell you 2000% this makes a difference. We are very holistic animal owners and she never seems to be bothered taking her “medicine” unlike in the past having to shovel a benadryl down her throat. We like to use this as an aid if we know her allergies are going to be bad for a few days. Her breathing improves and she seems overall less tense/stressed when shes having these allergy episodes. We love this brand and we use several products on Sophia and her catbrother, Irwin!

I rely on this for my cat’s sneezing problem. 4 drops in her food in the morning and another 4 at night and her sneezing fits are gone. I find this product works better for her than the nose relief made specifically for cats. My only complaint (4 stars instead of 5) is that Homeopet does not ship to New York State.
