Dog saves own leg

Five-year-old, three-legged Terrier Peig dug up his own leg in his family’s back garden and his owners had it reattached in ground breaking surgery!
“We are over the moon” said his delighted owners Jack and Bethany Sparrow. The family though the leg had been lost forever “It was likely buried by one of our other dogs a few years back, Peig must have sniffed it out and dug it back up. He strolled into the kitchen pleased as punch with the leg in his mouth. We rushed them straight to the vets’ surgery where they worked throughout the night to sew it back on. It’s a miracle!”
