HP Healing Cream Case Study

Patch: 07/18/08

Patient presented as non-weight bearing on right front leg.  Upon further examination an open, infected, necrotic wound was found.  Leg was previously swollen per owner before bringing patient in.  Wound was approximately the size of a nickel.  Patient was given a convenia (antibiotic injection) and Homeopet cream prescribed.

Patch: 07/31/08

Patient was brought in for a recheck visit after 2 weeks.  Wound was almost completely healed.  Infection was not present and fur was already growing back.  Wound was approximately  the size of a pea and basically just scabbed over.  No further treatment except Homeopet Cream was advised.
